The Canvas Metallica was fabricated from 1.5mm Grade 430 stainless steel. The sheets were first cut to the required dimensions before being carefully bent to form the two sides of the board and achieve the desired shape. Once the bending was complete, the required holes were drilled into the stainless steel, allowing the two sections to be accurately aligned and assembled. This custom balustrading was fabricated from mild steel, with the main structural frame formed from 10mm flat bar and the distinctive accent pieces from 6mm flat bar. The design was developed around a simple, repeated form, creating a strong architectural rhythm while keeping the overall profile clean and understated. The 10mm flat bar was cut and carefully bent to achieve the curved sections of the balustrade, with each piece formed to maintain consistency across the length

Mirror Finish Plaque Shopfront The manufacturing process began with 3mm thick Grade 304 stainless steel, which was measured and cut into the required shapes for the two custom plaques. Each piece was carefully prepared to ensure clean edges and accurate dimensions. Once cut, M6 Reddi Bar studs were welded onto the back of the plaques. These studs were positioned to provide secure anchoring points for installation, while M6 nuts were used as spacers to create a clean stand-off

Storefront Cladding This installation involved fully cladding the existing storefront in 3mm aluminium with a milled finish. The cladding was fabricated to cover the full storefront elevation, including the sections surrounding the display openings, vertical divisions and areas around the existing architectural features. The aluminium panels were manufactured to suit the individual sections of the storefront and installed on site, with careful attention given to the alignment
