Three Weeks, Three Cities, Three Units
Every successful project starts with a prototype. For the SwiitchBeauty kiosk, a full-scale 1:1 cardboard mock-up allowed us to refine every detail before fabrication. What began as a straightforward design quickly became a highly technical project when the material changed from aluminium to thinner-gauge stainless steel, requiring us to rethink how we formed, welded, blended and polished the seamless radiused corners without compromising the finish or structure.
Once the first kiosk was completed, the project expanded to three pop-up stores, each with shelving, stainless steel flooring, cabinetry and integrated lighting. With only three weeks to manufacture, transport and install everything across three cities, our factory operated 24 hours a day, six days a week, with teams rotating shifts and even sleeping on-site between them. From fabrication through to overnight installations, the project demanded adaptability, determination and teamwork delivering every kiosk to the same standard without compromise.
