Menu Board

The Canvas Metallica was fabricated from 1.5mm Grade 430 stainless steel. The sheets were first cut to the required dimensions before being carefully bent to form the two sides of the board and achieve the desired shape.

Once the bending was complete, the required holes were drilled into the stainless steel, allowing the two sections to be accurately aligned and assembled. Nuts and bolts were then used to secure the two sides together, creating a strong and practical connection while keeping the construction clean and minimal.

With the assembly complete, the stainless steel was brushed across the surface to achieve the final matte, satin-like finish. This finishing process also helped create a consistent appearance across the entire piece, while giving the metal a more subdued surface suited to its minimalist form.

The finished Canvas Metallica combines straightforward fabrication techniques with a clean, functional construction, resulting in a durable stainless steel display board designed for everyday use.
