The kitchen countertop was first bent to the required specifications, forming the overall shape and profile before any sink fabrication began.

Once the countertop was formed, precise cutouts were made to accommodate the two sinks. One of the sink bowls was sourced first, allowing us to use it as a reference for the required dimensions and begin fabrication around the existing countertop.

The sinks were then cut to size and carefully welded into the countertop. Particular attention was given to the alignment and fit of each sink, ensuring the transitions between the countertop and bowls were clean and consistent.

The final stage focused heavily on the finishing. Each weld and join was ground, blended and finished until the surfaces flowed seamlessly into one another. The goal was to remove any visible indication of where the pieces had been joined, creating the appearance of a single, continuous countertop.

The result is a fully integrated stainless steel countertop with two seamlessly mounted sinks, fabricated as one cohesive piece.
