4.5mm Countertop

The fabrication involved two 4.5mm stainless steel countertops, each cut to suit its specific application. The first countertop was fabricated for the sink area, with the stainless steel sheet laser cut to the required dimensions and a precise cutout made to accommodate the sink. The second countertop was fabricated to sit above the washing machines, following the dimensions required for the space.

Once the sink countertop was prepared, the sink was positioned and welded directly onto the stainless steel surface. All welds were then carefully cleaned and blended, creating smooth transitions between the sink and countertop with no visible signs of the fabrication joins.

Both countertops were then brushed to achieve the same consistent matte, satin finish across the surfaces. The result is a pair of durable stainless steel countertops, fabricated specifically to fit the space while maintaining a clean and seamless finish throughout.
