Bubble Mirror

The Bubble Mirror was manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, with a custom tubular frame formed in-house to create the curved profile surrounding the mirror.
The manufacturing process began with the stainless steel tubing being measured and prepared to the required dimensions. The tubing was bent in-house, allowing us to create the curved profile required for the Bubble Mirror while maintaining a consistent shape throughout the frame. This in-house bending process was used to form the distinctive continuous outline of the mirror.
Once the tubing had been bent to the required profile, the ends were cut and joined to complete the frame. The connection was welded and then worked back to blend the joint into the surrounding tubing, creating a clean and continuous frame.
The completed tubular frame was then prepared for the mirror. The mirror was cut to suit the internal opening of the fabricated frame and carefully fitted into position. The components were checked during assembly to ensure the mirror was correctly seated and the tubular frame maintained its intended profile.

The finished installation leaves the in-house formed tubular stainless steel frame clearly visible around the mirror, while the mounting system remains concealed behind the piece.
