The Anna Wedding Sculpture was manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, with the overall structure made up of individual curved sections that were rolled to create the final flowing form.

The process began with the stainless steel sheets being measured and cut individually to the required shape. Each section was cut according to the overall design, allowing the separate pieces to come together to form the sculpture's large sweeping curves.

Once cut, each stainless steel sheet was taken through the rolling process, where the flat sheets were gradually formed into their required curved profiles. The rolling was carried out to achieve the different radii needed throughout the sculpture, with each section shaped according to its position within the overall structure.

After the individual sections had been rolled, the curved components were brought together and assembled. The sections were joined to create the continuous sculptural form, with the connections worked and finished to maintain the clean appearance of the stainless steel.

The completed structure was then prepared for its reflective finish, with the stainless steel surfaces finished to create the mirrored appearance of the sculpture. Final checks were carried out across the assembled piece to ensure the curves flowed correctly and the overall structure matched the required dimensions. The Sculpture can be disassembled and reassembled making install light work.
