Tidal Wave - Jug

The Tidal Jug begins with Grade 304 stainless steel tube, cut to the required length to form the main body of the jug. A circular base plate is then cut to match the diameter of the tube and welded into position, creating the closed base.

Next, a section of the upper body is cut out to accommodate the spout. The spout is fabricated and carefully positioned before being welded onto the jug, creating the pouring point. The handle is then bent to the required shape and welded onto the body, completing the main fabrication.

Once all components are securely welded, the joins are cleaned and prepared for finishing. The entire jug is then progressively polished to achieve a high-quality mirror finish, giving the stainless steel its reflective surface and completing the piece.
