Background and Ownership
Jason Joseph Henry and Joshua George Henry are twin forces reshaping the future of modern
manufacturing and design. Together, they lead theminimalist, a company built on precision
engineering, forward-thinking design, and the belief that ideas when crafted with intention can
become timeless, functional works of art.

Their journey began long before theminimalist ever existed. Raised by a single parent and constantly
on the move, the twins learned early what resilience, commitment, and vision meant. They often say
that all the shifting around was training for the day they'd become global creators preparing them
to adapt, evolve, and build without fear.

For eight transformative years, Jason and Joshua worked in their grandfather’s manufacturing
company. They started at the very bottom cleaners on the factory floor and climbed through
every role the industry had to offer. From learning the technical language of materials to mastering
the craft of stainless-steel fabrication, they became artisans in their own right.
It was during those late nights and long shifts that their love for design began to take shape. Jason,
driven by an instinct for form and detail, started creating model furniture in the upstairs workspace
at home after hours. Joshua, equal parts strategist and operator, kept the gears turning quotes,
admin, production, and the business backbone that would eventually support their shared vision.
Four years later, those small sketches and after-hours builds evolved into a thriving design and
manufacturing studio with real clients, real partnerships, and a real impact. Today, theminimalist
transforms raw ideas into carefully engineered solutions products and pieces that marry high-end
design with technical excellence.

As twins, their dynamic is unmistakable. They work like soldiers on the same battlefield—one
advancing when the other tires, both relentless in their pursuit of mastery. Unshakeable,
immovable, and unstoppable, they are a duo few could ever go up against.
Their talent hasn’t gone unnoticed. With awards like Maker of the Year and Runner-Up for
Masterpiece of the Year at the Scape Awards, Jason and Joshua are steadily claiming their place in
the design world.

But this is just the beginning. The twins plan to take theminimalist global, to build a brand
recognized in every major design market and redefine what modern manufacturing can be. Their
mission is clear:
Change the world’s relationship with manufacturing, one precise, intentional creation at a time.
